This is my blog entry for Vega Showcase Day 2025, 20th -21st November 2025
Here is everything I have put together for doing my showcase table display. I am going to break down the items I have created and put them on the table.
From my Illustration summative: 1 x Infographic Poster, 16 x paper messenger flowers and 25 x gift packages
The infographic was inspired by a no-name image from Pinterest that speaks about building your signature scent. This was the first spark of note of using my love of flowers and perfumes in my concept.
The Gift Package was important to include for the project in Self-Promotion. What is inside the gift package when you untie the ribbon? Craft ornaments that are garden-themed, because they represent the essential tools for growing a brand, the same way you raise a garden.
The messenger flower was supposed to be folded in a closed bud before revealing the message, but it was an illustration layout mistake that I realised after printing. Definitely will attempt doing this again!
From my Craft Summative: 30 x business cards, 30 x vinyl circle stickers, 3 x A3 brag boards pasted on corex, 1 x A2 brand profile board pasted on corex, 1 x A4 landscape portfolio book with cover.

Business card made as double-sided, and the sticker size was 10cm in diameter (roughly the same size as the palm of my hand).
Highlight of Showcase Week – The Gift Package.
25 Gift Packages laid out in setup, left with 3 on Thursday afternoon.
Industry meeting Day: I counted 9 people who visited my table and spoke with me about my work. Irvine Partners reached out ot me through my business card to interview me for their upcoming internship. I succeeded their interview questions and presented my creative CV, and I am still waiting to see what will happen next after the talk. The possibilities are endless!
